Getting Rid of Stubborn Wastes

Chronic health problems usually begin with a toxic bowel. Infrequent or poor quality bowel movements over an extended period of time may be very hazardous to you health. Even if you do not suffer from constipation or other bowel-related problems, the body's waste material is ultimately accumulated in the colon. Research in Japan reported an average of 6 - 10 lbs (2.7 - 4.5 kg) of stubborn stools accumulating in the intestines of people who showed no signs of constipation. Therefore, whether your bowel is clean or dirty, everyone can benefit from a colon cleansing.

When you cleanse your colon, it is also important to include friendly bacteria such as Bifidus in your diet as it helps to improve the environment in the intestinal tract. Drinking extra water and increasing your fibre intake are steps in the detoxification process. Detoxification also rests overloaded organ and creates a balance in the body's system.

1st Step to Detoxification: Colon Cleansing

Hi there,

Bowel movements are the basis of your health. One of the most common bowel problems today is constipation. A constipated system is one in which the transition time of toxic waste is slowed down. The longer the "transit time", the longer the toxic waste matter sits in your bowel, which allows it to ferment and eventually be re-absorbed, causing self-poisoning. The longer your body is exposed to the decomposed food in your intestines, the greater the risk of developing illnesses.

So what are you waiting for?
DO SOMETHING NOW PLEASE!

The First step to Vibrant Health!

Detoxification refers to the process of eliminating toxins from the body. Poor digestion, colon dysfunction, reduced liver function and poor elimination through the kidneys, respiratory tract and skin all add to increased toxicity.

If you attempt to cleanse other organs such as the liver or kidneys without first addressing a waste-filled bowel, the toxins will only get back into your body. Therefore, colon cleansing is the first step to overall good health and well-being.

I hate parasite!

Why do I hate them?
Because they take something
from me and give nothing in
return and even causing
harm to me.

So what is parasitism in
a proper explaination actually.

"Parasitism is a type of symbiotic
relationship between organisms of
different species in which one, the
parasite, benefits from a prolonged,
close association with the other,
the host, which is harmed. In general,
parasites are much smaller than their
hosts, show a high degree of
specialization for their mode of life
and reproduce more quickly and in
greater numbers than their hosts.
Classic examples of parasitism include
the interactions between vertebrate
hosts and such diverse animals as the
tapeworms, flukes, Plasmodium species
and fleas."

So can you see it here that we really
need to reject all the parasites out
from our body?

Parasite inside you!?

DO you know that there are
parasites inside our body.
This parasite can be harmful
to our body and causing many
problems.

As we know, parasites is some
living things that live by
harassing the host's resources.
This is not good as it does not
give something good in return
to the host.

So we must get rid of this
pest before it cause more
problems to us. Maybe right now
it is causing us problems but
we do not realize it or do not
have enough info about it.

So here, I will provide you
with step by step info about
this things and how to fight
them with many ways.

Tim
